An arrest warrant was issued for Michael Tallman, 29, of Waterbury, in November 2015, after he was found to be involved in the theft and use of the credit by his ex-girlfriend Earlisha Watson, who was a caregiver for the woman, police said.
Watson turned herself in earlier this year, but police were unable to locate Tallman until several days ago, when he was found in New Haven and arrested, police said.
He was charged with larceny, illegal use of a credit card and identity theft, according to police. He was released on $15,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, Sept. 9.
