Stamford Police Release Video Of Suspect In Assault Of Darien Women

STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Stamford Police Department released a video of a suspect and a witness in the assault of two young women from Darien in downtown last week. 

Stamford Police are seeking assistance in identifying two persons involved in a double assault.

Police are seeking help from the public in identifying the people in the video, which was released on the department's Facebook page and YouTube channel.

According to ctnews.com, two 19-year-olds from Darien were attacked by two other women near a parking garage at Tresser Boulevard and Edith Sherman Drive in downtown at 11 p.m. on Friday, July 25. 

The two victims were punched and kicked by the two attackers until a man intervened, police told ctnews.com. The victims were both treated and released from Stamford Hospital.
