Bridgeport Woman Killed In Two-Car Crash On I-95

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- A Bridgeport woman was killed on I-95 in Bridgeport on Sunday after a vehicle slammed into her car and pushed it into the highway median, according to the Connecticut Post.

Akhailia Shameal Jackson, 24,  was driving near Exit 29 when Livis Rodriguez, 26, of Lawrence, Mass., crashed into her car, according to the Connecticut Post.

Jackson's Toyota Camry was pushed across the highway and smashed into the concrete meridian just before 5:30 p.m., according to the Connecticut Post.

She was transported to Bridgeport Hospital, where she died shortly after the accident, according to the Connecticut Post.
