Kyle Lors, 23, of 17 Avenue C, was busted following an investigation into an Oct. 8, 2017, incident involving a drug overdose inside an Uber car, said Lt. Terrence Blake.

During the incident, police found a victim inside the car at the intersection of Grist Mill and Route 7 who had overdosed on heroin. The person was revived by Norwalk Hospital EMS and transported to the hospital, Blake said.

The victim was in possession of heroin, which later tested positive for Fentanyl. Norwalk Detectives initiated an investigation into the incident. The investigation revealed the victim had purchased the drugs from Lors, Blake said.

Based on the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Lors. Detectives arrested Lors without incident at his residence on Thursday and charged him with assault two and the sale of narcotics.
