Warrant Details Events Leading To Fatal Danbury Stabbing

DANBURY, Conn. -- An arrest warrant provided eyewitness accounts of a fight that ended in the fatal stabbing of a Danbury teen and the arrest of a 17-year-old on murder charges, according to the newstimes.com. 

Emmanuel Von Harris, 17, will be tried as an adult in connection with a fatal stabbing in Danbury on Saturday, Dec. 7.

Witnesses say the fight between two groups of teens broke out after a soda can was thrown in the air after a birthday party at the Harambee Center on West Street on Saturday, Dec. 7, the newstimes.com reported. The dispute began with shouting, and spun out control, resulting in the fatal stabbing of 19-year-old Luan Pitol, the newstimes.com reported. 

Emanuel Von Harris, 17, was charged as an adult with murder and first-degree assault, according to newstimes.com.
