DANBURY, Conn. — A woman was arrested for the fourth time in three months last week after causing a disturbance at a downtown restaurant in Danbury, where police said she threatened “to shoot everyone inside," reports newstimes.
The incident began when Tonya Carouther, 46, drank another patron’s drink at Copacabana Café, 12 Ives St., about 10 p.m. on Nov. 23. When Carouther was told not to do it again, she became violent, throwing the glass and a bar stool, the story says.
Carouther was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace and criminal attempt at third-degree assault, according to newstimes. She was held on a $5,000 bond.
