DANBURY, Conn. - The Danbury Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday night has been canceled because of the poor weather conditions.
Weather officials are predicting a nor'easter will likely hit the Danbury area Wednesday afternoon and could bring rain, snow and high winds.
The National Weather Service issued a high wind warning, starting at 1 p.m. Wednesday and continuing until 4 a.m. Thursday. Gusts up to 60 mph are possible, which could bring down trees and power lines.
