The Sivba Group will continue to provide residential real estate services in Danbury, Brookfield, Bridgewater, Bethel, New Fairfield, Newtown, New Milford, Redding, Ridgefield, Roxbury, Southbury and Washington and the surrounding communities.

In addition to Barbara and Arnie Sivba, the Sivba Group consists of Rob Hunt, John Casey and Beverly Manlapaz. These real estate professionals were the No. 1 boutique brokers in the Greater Danbury area, formerly The Sivba Group at Eagle Properties.

Over the years, the Sivba Group has established itself as experts in marketing and selling waterfront and lake community properties, newly constructed homes and luxury residences.

“Barbara and The Sivba Group have extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. They are widely respected by clients and colleagues alike for their expertise, negotiation skills and their exceptional marketing and sales skills. I am very pleased that they have chosen to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage,” said Scott Cooney, sales manager of the Coldwell Banker office in Danbury.

A consistent top-producing real estate professional in northern Fairfield County and southern Litchfield County, Barbara Sivba started her real estate career 21 years ago as part of Pandolfi Properties Inc. Barbara and her husband established Eagle Properties in 2001 and recruited other real estate professionals with the same client concern and broad skill set to join them.

Before becoming a real estate professional, Sivba was a retail sales manager for a leading department store and led the store’s most successful department for 10 years. She graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University with two bachelor degrees and was inducted into the university’s Phi Beta Kappa chapter.

Arnie Sivba grew up in a family of builders and held operational and leadership roles at major Fortune 500 companies, including Union Carbide, Pepsicola, AT&T Wireless and Praxair. His financial background, which includes an MBA in finance and marketing, coupled with his undergraduate engineering degree, brings a broader skill set to assist their clients.

“Having run our own real estate company, I am keenly aware of the importance of customer service. I know how critical it is to be available to my clients, and continually strive to provide all the information they need to help them not only meet, but exceed their real estate goals,” Arnie Sivba said

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., operates 51 offices with more than 2,200 sales associates serving the communities of Connecticut and Westchester County.
