Candice Dolberry of Wilton Congregational Church, who reported the incident to police and school officials, told NewsTimes that she believes the classmate is old enough to under the magnitude of what he said. But school officials said confidentiality rules prevent them from saying anything about what actions they have taken, if any. Dolberry said the child has not been removed from the class, said NewsTimes.

Dolberry, who said she is frustrated by the lack of action, said she also believes Schools Superintendent Sal Pascarella is taking the matter seriously, added NewsTimes.
