The Cognition & Development Lab studies such topics as how children learn cause-and-effect relationships and how they can learn to think like scientists.

“Wooster Lower School is delighted to partner with Yale researchers to bring greater understanding to the science of education,” said Stephanie Bell, head of the Lower School.

Bell and teachers at Wooster will participate in the study as well.

Wooster School is an independent, co-educational college preparatory school serving students from Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Located in Danbury, the school enrolls students from prekindergarten through Grade 12.
