Danbury's Wooster School Students Raise Money For Children's Hospitals

DANBURY, Conn. – Students from the Wooster School in Danbury have participated in a 24-hour worldwide gaming marathon called "Extra Life" each November for the last four years, raising money for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

The Wooster team, known as the Generals, was the idea of 2013 graduate Wyatt Elsberry. Last year's event raised almost $9,000, and this year's team has raised just about  $12,000, its stated goal for the year.

Donations can be completed online by following this link, and the deadline is the end of the month.
