DANBURY, Conn. -- Naugatuck Valley Community College announced plans to triple the size of the school's campus in downtown Danbury.
The community college intends to lease a building owned by Joseph DaSilva Jr. at Main and West streets that has more than 20,000 square feet of space, according to a statement from school President Daisy Cocco De Filippis.

Occupancy in the building is expected by next summer , with classes set to start in the new space by the fall of next year.
