Senior goalie Cole Munk and junior sweeper Sam Cox were Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association All-State selections to play in the WNEPSSA All-Star Game, to be on the WNEPSSA Select Team and to play in New England All Star Games during Championship Weekend at the Brooks School in Massachusetts.

Cole played in the Senior All-Star Game and Sam played in the Junior All-Star Game.

The pair also will attend the All-State Banquet Sunday at the Aqua-Turf Club in Plantsville. Both were captains of this year’s boys' varsity soccer team.

"They led by example throughout the season, and despite injuries, both worked extremely hard to come back long before the trainer thought it would be possible," said a news release. "Both were consummate team players, having no concern for their own statistics, but wanting only what was best for the team."

Wooster School is an independent, co-educational college-prep day school, serving students from Fairfield and Westchester counties. Located in Danbury, the school serves students from pre-K through 12th grade.
