Some showers and possibly a thunderstorm could produce heavy rain on Monday with a 100 percent chance of rain forecast, before it gradually lessens to a 60 percent of rain Monday night with up to a quarter-of-an-inch possible overnight. Temperatures will remain in the mid-70s.

Commuters should expect patchy fog Tuesday morning, before mostly sunny skies take over around 10 a.m. Temperatures will reach into the low 80s before sinking into the 60s overnight.

More of the same is on tap for Wednesday through Friday with the National Weather Service forecasting sunny skies with highs in the low 80s, before a slight chance of rain moves in Friday evening.
