Bethel's Sycamore Drive-In Vies For Win In DVlicious 'Best Fry' Contest

BETHEL, Conn. -- No burger or sandwich is complete without an oder of fries. Whether you like them shoestring skinny, crispy and crinkled or golden brown and fried to perfection, they remain one of America's favorite sides.

Fry Type: Traditional straight thin cut. 

What Makes Them So Addictive: Made with canola oil, they are always fresh, served a golden brown: crispy on the outside; soft on the inside. The diner also offers a generous portion. According to Owner Patrick Austin, they are traditional: "Nothing fancy but good old fashioned fries."
