Rachel Sack of Bethel, who has a 9-week-old son, was struck by a motorist just before midnight on Friday, Nov. 7, as she was walking on South Street just south of Great Pasture Road, police said.
The suspect's vehicle was traveling south toward Bethel when the accident occurred, police said.
Police are reviewing physical evidence from the incident and are pursuing any and all leads.

Regional Hospice is setting up a reward fund for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the driver.
"She was loved and deeply appreciated by her colleagues, as well as the patients and the families she cared for," according to her colleagues at Regional Hospice. "Rachel was selfless and loved her work, as well as all she worked with and for."
