Vacant Home Fire In Danbury Neighborhood Being Probed

DANBURY, Conn. -- Firefighters quickly extinguished a blaze in an abandoned home in Danbury early Thursday, according to the NewsTimes.com.

When firefighters arrived at 47 W. Wooster St. just after 1 a.m., the second floor was on fire and flames were shooting through the roof, the NewsTimes.com said.

Neighbors said the building had been vacant for some time, the report said.

No injuries were reported, and the fire's cause still is being investigated.
