DANBURY, Conn. – A New Fairfield woman was arrested by Danbury Police on Friday on a warrant charging her with theft from the Danbury Lowe’s store on Eagle Road.

Christine Early, 39, of Williams Road in New Fairfield, was charged with organized retail theft and conspiracy to commit organized retail theft, both felonies.

She is accused of stealing an undisclosed number of items from the store during a series of thefts over a two-month period in 2011, according to Detective Lt. Tom Michael.

“More arrests are expected,” Michael said in a statement, but he did not disclose more details.
