DANBURY, Conn. – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced Tuesday it has acquired the assets of Goodfellow Homes, which did business as ERA Goodfellow Homes Real Estate in Danbury.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. It is a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.
The Goodfellow Homes Real Estate's single sales office, located at 26 Mill Plain Road in Danbury, will be integrated into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Danbury located at 18 Mill Plain Road.
Goodfellow Homes’ 28 affiliated sales professionals, along with Scott Cooney, its former president, will join Coldwell Banker. Cooney will be the residential broker as manager of the Danbury office.
