Saw Mill Parkway Stretch, Route 22 Reopen After Crash, Downed Tree
This story has been updated. The southbound lanes of a stretch of the Saw Mill Parkway have reopened after a serious multi-vehicle crash. The crash occurred south of Exit 42 (Railroad Avenue) in Bedford at around 8:30 a.m. Nearby, Route 22 reopened in both directions after a downed tree and wires in the area of Route 138 in Lewisboro. There were also earlier delays on southbound I-684 just before 9 a.m. after a crash just north of Exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road) in North Salem) that is blocking the right shoulder. I-84 Crash Causing Heavy Delays During Evening Commute
This story has been updated. There was gridlock on a stretch of I-84 during the evening commute due to a crash that took out one lane for nearly an hour. The crash, reported around 5 p.m., blocked the left lane on the westbound side at Route 9 (Exit 13) in Dutchess County. The lane reopened just before 6 p.m.

Serious Two-Car Crash Causes Heavy Delays On Route 6 Stretch
This story has been updated. A serious two-car crash is tied up traffic during the morning commute near the border of Northern Westchester and Putnam. The crash, reported just before 8 a.m. Monday, June 17, occurred on westbound Route 6 at the intersection of Windsor Road, just west of Mahopac Avenue in Somers. One of the vehicles involved landed well off the road. Delays lasted through the end of the morning commute.

Route 22 Stretch Reopens After Lengthy Closure
This story has been updated. A busy stretch of Route 22 has reopened following a crash involving a downed pole and wires. The closure, reported just before 12:30 p.m. Thursday, June 13, was in both directions in Patterson between Route 164 and Ballyhack Road before the roadway reopened later in the afternoon. Milltown Road was also closed in both directions in Brewster between Burdick Road and Old Milltown Road in Brewster, where NYSEG were seen working on the power lines. The roadway has also reopened.

New Ramp Closure Scheduled For I-684/I-287 Merger
Motorists in the Hudson Valley can expect temporary delays this week on I-684 as contracting crews close down the ramp to I-287 to conduct construction activities in the area. Contracting crews are gearing up to shut down a stretch of I-95 for the second weekend in a row as they continue working on a multi-million dollar bridge replacement project in Fairfield County.
